Our professional discipline barristers are instructed by individuals, defence organisations and regulatory bodies to appear before multiple tribunals.
2BR is ranked as a leading set in Professional Discipline by the highly respected legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. This section of Chambers is led by Sam Thomas.
Chambers & Partners described 2BR:
“This set climbs the rankings this year in recognition of its sterling efforts and the esteem in which it is held in the field of professional discipline. The barristers undertake disciplinary hearings on behalf of and against leading professionals in the fields of accountancy, financial services, medicine, law, police and sports.”
“2BR is respected for providing depth of expertise in the healthcare sector. Its members regularly act for healthcare regulators such as the GDC, but the set is also renowned for its defence work. One client notes: “We have complete confidence in all of them and they are also very likeable.”
Client service: Senior Clerk, John Grimmer leads a particularly strong set of clerks who are very helpful and certainly not shy of putting in the leg work.”
