Mark Milliken-Smith QC appointed as Chair of MCC Disciplinary Panel

The Club’s announcement reads:
Mark brings considerable experience in the fields of sports law and professional and regulatory discipline, including within cricket (he has served on ECB’s Cricket Discipline Committee since 2018). A Member of MCC since 1995, he was called to the Bar in 1986 (taking Silk in 2006) and has sat as a Recorder of the Crown Court since 2004.
The Disciplinary Panel operates within the framework of the Club Rules and most particularly with reference to the Code of Conduct, which emphasises the respectful and supportive behaviour expected of Members.
