Ashraf Khan successfully represents the NMC in misconduct hearing

Ashraf Khan represented the NMC in its case against a senior nurse accused of serious misconduct. After a 2 week hearing, the Fitness to Practise Committee found allegations against the Registrant proved and ordered the nurse to be struck off the register.
