Michael Levy successfully defends police officer

Michael Levy, instructed by Conrad Gadd, successfully defended a police officer for assault in the execution of his duty.

Michael, who did not appear in the lower court, represented him at his appeal at the Worcester Crown Court.

As a consequence, all disciplinary proceedings against the police officer have also been discontinued.
