Callum Munday secures Deliveroo sexual assault acquittal

Callum Munday, instructed by Lou-Lou Curry and Mohsin Ariff of Lloyds PR Solicitors, successfully defended a Deliveroo driver at Lewes Crown Court accused of sexually assaulting a customer at her home in 2022. The defendant, who was of good character, was alleged to have forced his way into the property whilst drunk and sexually assaulted the complainant whilst her two children were at home. After a short deliberation, the jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict.
