Stan Reiz KC and Alex Davidson successfully defend man against murder charge

Stan Reiz KC and Alex Davidson, instructed by Samantha Harris of JSP Solicitors, represented R, who was one of seven defendants tried for offences including murder. The prosecution case was that a large group of men participated in the robbery of a cannabis farm during which an occupant at the premises was stabbed to death. Following a 10 week trial, three defendants were convicted of murder. R was acquitted of murder, but convicted of manslaughter.
