Shauna Ritchie defends contractor acquitted of Health & Safety Charge

Shauna Ritchie, instructed by Gary Rubin of Blackfords LLP Regulatory Team, represented a contractor charged in connection with the death of an electrician on a construction site. Following a two week trial at St Albans Crown Court H was acquitted of an offence contrary to section 3 of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
