No prosecution action in corporate manslaughter investigation

Jim Sturman KC, instructed by Angharad Reynolds of Clyde and Co, acted for and advised a Local Authority in relation to Police and HSE investigations into a death that occurred on property owned by the LA. After Jim and Angharad drafted a series of representations over several years, those investigations into offences of corporate manslaughter and HSE offences were discontinued with no charges brought.
