Natalie Bird secures acquittals in trial alleging historic sexual offences

Natalie Bird, instructed by Ciara Bruin of JSP Solicitors, acted for P who faced six charges of indecent assault on a male person between 1999 and 2002. P was alleged to have committed the offences when aged 10-13 against a 6-8 year old living on the same housing estate, who made a report to police in 2020. The jury acquitted P of all charges at the conclusion of a 5-day trial at Luton Crown Court.
