Jessica Ward successful in Court Martial trial

Jessica Ward, instructed by Mick Rees of Levy and Co Solicitors, successfully defended a lance corporal facing allegations of affray in a nightclub which had been caught on CCTV. Following cross examination of the Complainant, the Crown offered no evidence against Ms. Ward’s client on Day 4 of the Court Martial trial.
