Jack Coyne successfully represents defendant charged with s.20 GBH

Jack Coyne, instructed by Zoe Hyland of JSP, successfully represented PW who faced a three-day trial at the Chelmsford Crown Court. PW was accused of attacking his neighbour and inflicting GBH, but maintained that he had acted in self-defence. The jury returned a unanimous not guilty verdict after an hour of deliberations.
