Drugs importation acquittal

Sam Magee QC, instructed by Antonio Lopez of Scornik Gerstien LLP, secured the acquittal of a Moroccan lorry driver charged with the importation of large commercial quantities of drugs through the port of Dover. Drugs were found in the cab of the lorry he was driving and an image of identical drugs recovered from his phone. He was unanimously acquitted by the jury after a trial.
