Defendant not guilty of historic sex abuse charges

Archangelo Power, instructed by Miss A Blyth-Cook of ABC Solicitors represented the defendant AG, who was charged with seven counts of historic sex abuse on a family member dating back to 2012/2013 and 2017, the alleged victim was aged 12 at the time of the first offence. Following a five day jury trial, the defendant was found not guilty on all seven counts.
