Christopher Martin secures acquittal in Sexual Assault trial

Christopher Martin, instructed by Mick Rees of Levy & Co Solicitors, successfully defended a man charged with sexually assaulting an off duty police officer. The defendant was unanimously acquitted by a jury at Basildon Crown Court following a 3 day trial.
