Christopher Martin secures acquittal in Court Martial rape trial

Christopher Martin, instructed by Kerry Spence of Hodge Jones & Allen Solicitors, successfully defended a man charged with rape and voyeurism. The defendant was acquitted of both charges by the Board at Catterick Court Martial Centre following a 5 day trial.
