Angelina Nurse in successful appeal against sentence to the Court of Appeal Criminal Division

Angelina Nurse, instructed by Mick Rees of Levy & Co Solicitors, represented “GC” in the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division) on appeal against a three year sentence imposed at Basildon Crown Court following a guilty plea for an offence of breach of a restraining order.

It was successfully argued that the Crown Court Judge started at too high a sentence and the three year sentence was reduced to one of 20 months.
