Alex Stein and Chris Saad secure conviction against Formula 1 team and car manufacturer, McLaren.

Alex and Chris secured a conviction against McLaren Services Limited following a fatal fall from height during an off-season inspection of McLaren’s Paddock Brand Centre in 2016. Following a 3 week trial at Reading Crown Court, McLaren were unanimously convicted of offences under both section 2 and section 3 Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. McLaren were fined £650,000 and ordered to pay prosecution costs of £110,000.

Alex and Chris were instructed by THB Solicitors and the Health and Safety Executive.
