Alex Davidson appointed as junior counsel to the Independent Review of Disclosure and Fraud Offences

Alex Davidson has been appointed as junior counsel to the recently announced Independent Review of Disclosure and Fraud Offences. Chaired by Jonathan Fisher KC, the review will look into the effectiveness of the disclosure regime and consider whether existing offences are sufficient to prosecute modern fraud.
