Surgeon David Sellu cleared by Medical Practitioners Tribunal

Ian Stern QC represented Mr David Sellu the Consultant surgeon before the Medical Practitioners Tribunal, with regard to allegations relating to the same patient that led to his conviction which was quashed for GNM. The Tribunal found all heads of charge ‘not proved’.
