Ashley Hendron, instructed by Simon May of Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors, represented an 18 year old defendant charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm arising from a violent stabbing involving multiple weapons. Following a 13 day trial, his client was acquitted of intentional and reckless assault offences.
