Richard Matthews QC secures acquittal of director of gross negligence manslaughter charge

Richard Matthews QC represented the director of a construction company who was tried at Luton Crown Court with gross negligence manslaughter who was acquitted at the judge’s direction at the close of the prosecution case on 13th September 2017. The acquittal following a successful submission of no case to answer.
