RAF Squadron Leader & Flying Officer

Christopher Martin and Barry Gilbert defended an RAF Squadron Leader (pilot) and a Flying Officer (police officer) who were tried in respect of a number of Class A drugs offences. The Courts Martial was held in Colchester and both RAF Officers were acquitted following successful submissions of no case to answer. The legal aid contributions made by the officers were refunded in full.
