R v Lawson & Ors

William Clegg QC led Richard Matthews for the Appellant, Lawson. Charles Conway represented the Appellant Adderson, and Timothy Kendal represented the Appellants Jones and Roberts. On the 24th January 2005 the Court of Appeal quashed the convictions of all the Appellants, having reserved Judgement, following a day of legal argument, on the 22nd October 2004.
