Not Guilty Verdicts in Woolwich Shooting Trial

Allan Compton KC and Charles Langley represented TS who was charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. It was alleged he was one of four men taking part in the purported execution of a man outside his own home on 27 December 2023. TS was placed at the scene by a GPS tag he was wearing and cell-site analysis. His case was he was unaware of the presence of a firearm (and its subsequent discharge), being part of a plan to steal not kill. He was acquitted unanimously by the jury of both counts.
