Eleanor Sanderson, instructed by Ian Ryan of Howard Kennedy, acted as junior counsel for Achim Kraemer, the only defendant acquitted of conspiring to fix the Euro Inter Bank Offer Rate (EURIBOR) between 2005 and 2009, in a prosecution brought by the Serious Fraud Office. Mr Kraemer was acquitted by the jury after a three month trial.
