Nigel Lithman QC takes up his role as Chairman of the Criminal Bar Association

As such he represents the views and interests of all practising members of the Criminal Bar in England and Wales, including dealings with Government on issues ranging from Legal Aid reforms and other changes to the criminal law. In his role he seeks to improve the lot of every criminal barrister, whilst at the same time improving relationships and co-operation between the Bar and solicitors.
