Nick Bonehill successfully defends multiple rapes

Nick Bonehill instructed by Michelle Breindel of Paul Robinsons Solicitors successfully defended X who was charged with 5 counts of rape and multiple sexual assaults. Despite making full admissions when unrepresented in interview and in numerous text messages with the complainant X was acquitted of all counts. A psychologist was called to explain X’s particular difficulties and the so called ‘confessions’.
