Solicitor Acquitted after trial in The Turks and Caicos Islands

Jim advised and acted for X, an eminent local solicitor of previously impeccable character, who was acquitted after a trial of allegations of conspiracy to cheat the Revenue of the TCI by entering into a scheme to conceal the actual sale price of a property known as Emerald Cay. The trial was the first case prosecuted by the SIPT team in the Turks and Caicos.
