Jessica Ward secures Community Order in PWITS Class A case

Jessica Ward, instructed by Tia Ojo of JSP Solicitors, secures 24 month Community Order, for client charged with Possession with Intent to Supply Class A drugs and Section 20 GBH.

The Defendant was involved in County Lines drug dealing, all Class A, and Jessica submitted that he had been forced to sell on behalf of others. The section 20 offence was entirely separate and resulted in the victim requiring facial reconstruction surgery.
