Jamas Hodivala is invited to speak at Law Commission symposium

The Law Commission is currently undertaking a project to reform the common-law offence of Misconduct in a Public Office. On 20 January 2016 it held a symposium at King’s College to launch the publication of its “Issues Paper 1: The Current Law” and to stimulate informed debate about the options for reform.
Jamas Hodivala was invited to speak on a panel with Dominic Grieve QC MP, Professor Smith and Lord Bew on the subject “Why do we need accountability?”.
