Huda Musa acts for man acquitted of cultivating cannabis

Huda Musa, instructed by Adebola Mayungbe of Emery Halil & Brown Solicitors, secured the acquittal of her client charged with cultivating cannabis following a trial at Croydon Crown Court. Huda’s client, X, was a Vietnamese national found in a residential property used as a cannabis factory following reports of a burglary. The defence raised was one of modern slavery.
