Emma Kutner’s client acquitted of pension fraud after 4 month trial

Emma Kutner, acting as a led junior in a pension fraud trial at Wood Green Crown Court, secured the acquittal of her client following a 4 month trial. Emma’s client was charged with conspiracy to commit fraud by false representation and was the only defendant to be acquitted. Emma Kutner was led by Harry Bentley of 2 Hare Court and instructed by Sajad Chaudhury of Harewood Law.
