Emma Kutner successfully opposes application to destroy valuable firearms and secures their return

Emma Kutner, instructed by Francis Fenegan of Bankside Commercial, successfully opposed an application by the Metropolitan Police Service to destroy firearms and component parts, under section 52(4) of the Firearms Act 1968.

In her counter-application, she successfully argued that the goods, valued at over £100,000, should be returned to her client under the Police Property Act 1897.
