Drugs importation acquittal

Rhys Rosser, instructed by Tim Rustem and Katerina Tsibouklis of Rustem Guardian, successfully represented RK who was accused of importing 7kg of Cocaine from Mainland Europe into Dover. The drugs were seized from RKs vehicle during a random stop at the border.

Following a trial at Canterbury Crown Court involving tachograph and mobile phone evidence, RK was unanimously acquitted by the jury.
