Christopher Martin successfully defends man accused of serious offences

Christopher Martin, instructed by Anne-Marie Geraghty, Blackfords LLP, successfully defended a man accused of grievous bodily harm with intent, kidnap, blackmail and cultivating cannabis. The man, tried with two other men, was unanimously acquitted by a jury at Basildon Crown Court following a three week trial.
