Christopher Martin secures unanimous acquittal in Attempted Murder trial

Christopher Martin, instructed by Anne-Marie Geraghty of Blackfords Solicitors, successfully defended a man charged with attempted murder and intentionally inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm following an incident where a man was stabbed multiple times. The defendant was unanimously acquitted by a jury at Maidstone Crown Court following a 15 day trial.
