Christine Agnew QC and Nick Bonehill act for man sentenced to a Hospital Order for manslaughter

Christine Agnew QC and Nick Bonehill acted for Lillo Troisi who pleaded Guilty to Manslaughter and Arson.

Mr Troisi was suffering from a mental disorder at the time he committed the offence. He was sentenced by Mrs Justice McGowan at Blackfriars Crown Court and was made the subject of a Hospital Order under sections 37 and 41 of the Mental Health Act 1983.

Christine and Nick were instructed by Laura McLeod of Paul Robinson and Co, Southend.
