Callum Munday successfully defends in rape and strangling trial

Callum Munday, instructed by Damini Chavda of ABV Solicitors successfully represented a defendant accused of rape and assault occasioning actual bodily harm at Aylesbury Crown Court. The defendant was alleged to have raped his ex-partner and to have strangled her with a metal chain. Despite evidence of text messages where the defendant appeared to apologise for his actions, the jury unanimously acquitted.
