Callum Munday successful in sexual assault defence at Court Martial

Callum Munday, instructed by Kelly Thomas of Tuckers Solicitors, successfully defended a Royal Marines Corporal accused of sexual assault after a Court Martial trial at the Bulford Military Court Centre. The defendant — who had no memory of the alleged incident — was said to have climbed into the bed of a colleague whilst naked, following an evening of heavy drinking, before attempting to take down her trousers, and putting his hand into her underwear whilst she was asleep.
