Anand Beharrylal QC appeared on CNC3’s The Morning Brew program (22/10/20) to discuss the current issues facing the Trinidad and Tobago’s judiciary arising from the Covid-19 pandemic including the public discussions between an outspoken High Court judge and the Chief Justice in relation to the resumption of in-person hearings, how cases are listed before High Court judges using the docket system and matters of protocol in judges sharing information with the public on matters of controversy.
