Amitai Mosh Inquest

Timothy Kendal was instructed on behalf of Hatzola NW, the volunteer ambulance service in northwest London, at the inquest into the death of Amitai Moshe who died from SIDS in February 2007.

Despite criticism of Hatzola from Amitai’s father, the learned Coroner found that the Hatzola volunteers did all they possibly could for Amitai and were not to blame for his death. In addition, the Coroner added that Hatzola NW were an organisation which he held in the highest regard.

A verdict of death from natural causes as a consequence of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome was returned.
