Acquittal in food safety prosecution

Jim Sturman QC and his junior (instructed by Angharad Reynolds of Clyde and Co) made an application to dismiss in a food safety case on the basis that the expert evidence was unreliable, having considered the submissions and the defence reports the Crown offered no evidence and the company was acquitted.
