Tim Kendal successfully resists appeal from the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal

Tim Kendal, acting for the Respondent solicitor before the Admin Court and instructed by Robert Forman of Murdochs solicitors, successfully resists appeal by the SRA against a fine imposed by the SDT following the solicitor’s conviction for money laundering. His client was awarded costs against the SRA. The SRA unsuccessfully argued that the solicitor should have been struck-off.
