Christopher Martin acts for British Soldier acquitted of rape

Private T faced Court Martial in Germany in relation to an allegation of rape. At the conclusion of the prosecution case the Judge upheld a defence submission that there is no case to answer. The prosecution, however added a further charge of attempted rape. At the conclusion of the nine-day trial the Court Martial board acquitted Private T of the attempted rape.
