Nottingham Rape Trial
Barry Gilbert, instructed by the Johnson Partnership, defended S at his retrial. The defendant was one of two men charged with rape.
The case was unusual as the victim could remember nothing at all of the attack, which allegedly took place over a 6-hour period in Nottingham.
Mr S was acquitted.
