Office of Rail Regulation
Austin Stoton instructed by the Office of Rail Regulation resisted an appeal against an improvement notice in the Central London Employment Tribunal by Network Rail Infrastructure. The notice was served following concerns arising from inspections of the way in which overhead live electrical lines were isolated and managed, during building and routine maintenance works of the rail infrastructure across the entire country. The improvement notice against Network Rail Infrastructure remains in place.
