Cricket Disciplinary Proceedings
Mark Milliken-Smith QC and Jamas Hodivala were instructed by Danny Cundy at EBR Attridge to represent Mervyn Westfield in disciplinary proceedings joined with Pakistan international Danish Kaneira before the ECB. Danish Kaneira was given a lifetime ban from playing all forms of cricket and Mr Westfield was given a 5 year ban.
