2 Bedford Row Environmental Law Seminar
Speakers from Chambers' Environmental Law team were delighted to give a seminar in conjunction with MBL Seminars Ltd on 15th May held at CCT Venues in the Barbican. Jamas Hodivala, Eleanor Sanderson and Austin Stoton spoke to delegates on a range of subjects including the EA's investigative powers, fly-tipping, "waste", water pollution offences and directors and shareholders' liability. The next seminar is scheduled in October in the Midlands at a venue to be confirmed. Any inquiries about advice or representation in an EA prosecution should be directed to the senior clerk, John Grimmer. Copies of the handouts are available upon request.
