Gibraltar Chief Justice recuses himself in multi-million pound bankruptcy proceedings
Tim Kendal, instructed by Massias and Company of Gibraltar, represented Isaac Marrache before the Supreme Court in Gibraltar in an application to recuse the Chief Justice. The application was successful.
