Alun Jenkins QC is a specialist criminal practitioner, with extensive experience in serious crime, both violent and fraudulent, prosecuting and defending as a junior and a leader, 85/15% split. International dimension was achieved as prosecutor for HM Customs & Excise as de facto C&E junior for the Western Circuit. He took silk in 1986, and whilst in silk visited Holland, Belgium and Spain on Commissions Rogatoire, and appeared in the Courts of Barcelona on money laundering cases.
